Neurodiversity affirming autism and/or ADHD assessments for adults
We offer comprehensive Autism and/or ADHD assessments for adults grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Our focus is on understanding your unique brain, recognising strengths, and exploring experiences that may have felt confusing, overlooked, or misunderstood.
We have particular experience in identifying and assessing internalised and high-masking presentations - including traits that may be subtle, camouflaged, or historically attributed to anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or burnout. We recognise that many individuals have had to adapt to a world that often rewards masking and conformity and have learned to adapt in ways that can hide or suppress their neurodivergent traits.
You may choose to complete an ADHD assessment, an Autism assessment, or a combined Autism and ADHD assessment, depending on what feels most aligned with your needs.
Our approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative - providing a safe space to explore your social, sensory, attentional, and executive functioning experiences without judgement.

We offer neurodiversity-affirming ADHD assessments that go beyond diagnosis. Our focus is on understanding how your brain works, recognising your strengths, and identifying practical supports that can make a meaningful difference in daily life, study, or work.
Our assessments combine clinical interviews, standardised questionnaires, and behavioural observations to build a well-rounded picture of your experiences. Throughout the process, we take a warm and compassionate approach, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and respected in a safe, supportive space without judgment.

While an Autism assessment provides valuable insight and clarity, it does not automatically guarantee eligibility for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Access to NDIS is based on multiple factors beyond diagnosis alone. Additional documentation, such as functional assessments, may be required to outline daily living impacts. We recommend speaking with an NDIS representative or disability support provider if you are considering applying.Feedback Session
